She has worked with clinical and regulatory experts to develop animal and human evidence for using tocotrienols in human health and diseases. Her experience includes regulatory applications in the EU and USA, clinical research start-up and monitoring, and liaising with key opinion leaders in stroke, neurology, diabetes, cardiovascular and liver disease.
With over 15 years of experience, Dr Fung’s expertise in scientific and regulatory assessment for product development research and commercialisation is vital in elevating AvantHealth as a trusted nutraceutical and cosmeceutical industry leader.
